Welcome to Bethany Youth Ministry!
If you are in grades 6-12, we want you to join us. We like to hang out, play games, sing loud, and build relationships that last a lifetime. We have team of amazing team of volunteers who intentionally build into the lives of students, helping them grow to live and love like Jesus. Parents, The Student Ministry Team greatly appreciate your partnership. Whether that is encouraging your child to invite friends or the ability to help give rides to and from events. Sunday Morning Bible Study: 9:00 - 10:30 AM | Junior High Room upstairs in the Foxhoven Building | Students in grades 6-12 are invited to be a part of our Sunday morning study through the Gospel of John. Each week, students will participate using the SOAP method of Bible Study: Scripture, Observation, Application and Prayer. Staff will teach and model how to study God's Word as we do it together as a group. Sunday mornings will be on a 3-week summer pause and will not be meeting on August 17, 24, or 31.
Wednesday Night Youth Group: 7-8:30 PM | High School Room upstairs in the Foxhoven Building | Students in grades 6—12 are invited to Wednesday Night Youth Group! This Fall, join the Student Ministry Staff on Wednesday nights for weekly worship, games, pastoral teaching & study plus small group discussion.
Be sure to join us on September 3 for our Fall Kick Off and then parents can come with students on September 10 to meet the new Student Ministry Pastor!!!
Student Ministry Summer Nights End on August 13
AUGUST 13 | BOLSA CHICA BONFIRE | 5-9 PM
Let's end the summer with a hang-out at the beach! We'll eat pizza, play games, roast marshmallows, and more!
Bring: A beach chair or blanket, a towel, a sweatshirt.
Drop Off & Pick Up: Students can be dropped off at 5 PM at the Warner Ave roundabout (by Jack In The Box), where staff/volunteers will be waiting to walk them to the reserved firepit, which will be determined that afternoon. Staff will walk students back to the same spot by 9 PM.
AUGUST 31 | SUMMER CELEBRATION | 5-9 PM
Bethany will recap all of the summer fun, including stories from Summer Camp. Come have a burger in the courtyard & cheer on your friends who will share on video & from the stage about what God did at summer camp!
