12:15 PM Congregational Meeting and Members’ Vote

After the October 8 Worship service, be sure to join us for a Congregational Meeting. There will be a short break for families to pick up kids from children’s building and members will be asked to check in and pick up a ballot. Then promptly at 12:15 PM, we will discuss final details before the Elders call for the vote. Members will have the opportunity to vote to affirm the Elders’ recommendation to call Pastor Benjamin Overby as the next Lead Pastor of Bethany Church. While the ballots are counted, we will have time to pray and worship God together before an official announcement will be made at the meeting’s conclusion.

Everyone is welcome! Members, please make every effort to attend this meeting as a quorum is necessary in order for a vote to be taken.
