Adi & Moni Bratosin, Romania
The Bratosins lead a mission mobilization team that organizes courses and trainings in Romania, with Romanians in Europe and with national churches in Italy, Spain and Portugal. They help churches and individuals develop a mission-minded strategy for their lives and ministry. They also serve the Body of Christ through counseling and marriage events, preaching (Adi) and leading a Sunday school class. Gyan & Guna Disuwa, Nepal
Gyan is leading a YWAM Center in Butwal with four team members. The Disuwas also plan a Discipleship Training School once a year and provide training for pastors, leaders, youth and families. Jeff & Carrie Gage, Germany
Jeff works with GemStone Media (a team within GEM), where he is leading Cinema Outreach, which identifies modern movies embedded with eternal truths and encourages Christians to host movie nights featuring these films. Cinema Outreach provides Gospel-focused questions to guide discussions toward Christ. Carrie leads prayer walks through Europe and is training leaders in a local Bible study. Tilak is a YWAM leader and directs youth and family ministry in a Bible school. The Giris also equip and disciple teenagers and children directly and through churches. Dede & Haruka Kashiwagura, San Diego
The Kashiwaguras are reaching Japanese nationals who live in San Diego with the Gospel and are discipling Japanese Christians. They are also planting a church in the La Jolla area so they can make disciples and send missionaries to Japan and the world. Puck & Kelly are part of a church planting movement, desiring to make disciples in all areas until there is no place left to reach. Ram Sinjali, Nepal
Ram works with street kids and slum kids. He helps provide school uniforms and supplies, encouraging the kids to go to school. He also feeds them and helps them to go to church. The Steers are planting faith communities in Comayagua and in the mountains and the universities around the city. They are planting new churches, training leaders for missionary mobilization, and establishing training centers to saturate the region with the gospel. Ashman and Manu are involved in discipleship, evangelism and church ministry. They run a Discipleship Training School and a School of Biblical Studies, raising disciples and leaders who will go to different areas of society and influence people through the Good News of Jesus Christ. They do evangelism through outreach teams and strengthen local churches through teaching and encouragement. Karak & Premi Tamang, Nepal
Karak is a YWAM leader, meeting with ministry leaders and staff to encourage them and provide care and training. He also works with children, providing school uniforms and supplies. Craig & Kathy Weaver, Portugal
Craig focuses on Oral Bible Training/Teaching (OBT) for Oral Preference Learners (OPL), training people in telling the story of the Bible in language their audience can understand and then discussing together the truths from the story. Much of Craig’s training is done in Bangladesh, but they also train Portuguese speakers in person locally and over Zoom globally to make disciples who make disciples using OBT. Greg & Jen Weaver, Portugal
The Weavers’ primary ministry is TeamWorks, working with international mission teams to equip them in healthy team dynamics over the course of 9-15 months. They also provide missionary care and coaching, and they connect locally with believers and not-yet believers in a small house church.
